What's covered under the warranty?
Every RKVER tool carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails on us in normal use, we replace it — email hello@rkver.com and we'll sort it out.
What if it arrives damaged or defective?
We'll make it right. If a tool arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — or fails through normal use within its 2-year warranty — email returns@rkver.com with your order number and a photo and we'll refund or replace it, usually without asking you to ship anything back. Because tools are made to order, we don't take change-of-mind returns, so email hello@rkver.com before you buy if you're unsure.
