Safety & warnings.
Read this before using any RKVER tool, and always follow the instruction manual that ships in the box. These products work with heat, cold, electricity, and compression. Used correctly, they're safe for daily use; used carelessly, they can cause injury.
General electrical safety. Inspect the unit and cord before each use and never use a product with a damaged cord or plug. Keep electrical components away from water unless the product is explicitly rated for it. Don't leave a powered unit unattended, and keep all products away from children and pets.
Infrared sauna blanket — heat. Sessions of 45 minutes maximum, up to 6 times per week. Never fall asleep inside it. Hydrate before and after, and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or overheated. Do not use if you are pregnant, have a heart or blood-pressure condition or reduced sensitivity to heat, or are under the influence of alcohol. Always use on a flat, heat-safe surface.
Red light — eyes. Don't stare directly into the LEDs; close your eyes or use eye protection during facial use, and keep sessions to the time stated in the manual.
Cold plunge — cold shock. Cold water can trigger a cold-shock response and affect heart rate. Ease in gradually, keep early sessions short, and never plunge alone if you're new to it or have a cardiovascular condition. Don't plunge under the influence of alcohol.
Compression boots — circulation. Do not use if you have DVT, a blood-clotting disorder, a recent leg injury or surgery, or a circulatory condition without first clearing it with your doctor. Stop if you feel numbness or pain.
When to stop. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience pain, burns, skin irritation, dizziness, or any unusual symptom. If you have a medical condition, talk to your physician before starting any recovery routine.
