Damage & warranty.

Every RKVER tool is covered against shipping damage and defects. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund it in full — including shipping. Email returns@rkver.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery.

In most cases we resolve damage and defect claims without asking you to ship anything back. When the fault is ours, you pay nothing.

Every tool also carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails through normal use, we repair or replace it.

Because tools are made to order through our fulfillment partners, we don't take change-of-mind returns on items that arrived as described and in working order — so if you're on the fence, email hello@rkver.com before ordering and we'll help you choose the right tool.
