Refund policy.

Every RKVER order is protected against damage and defects. If a tool arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — or fails through normal use within its 2-year warranty — we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

To make a claim, email returns@rkver.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery. In most cases we resolve it without asking you to ship anything back. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, including any shipping you paid.

When the fault is ours — a damaged, defective, or wrong item — you pay nothing.

Because each tool is made to order through our fulfillment partners, we don't accept change-of-mind returns on items that arrived as described and in working order. If you're unsure whether a tool is right for you, email hello@rkver.com before you buy and we'll give you a straight answer.
