Safety
Never apply the gel pack directly to bare skin — always use the fabric layer, and limit sessions to about 15–20 minutes to avoid ice burn. Do not use over broken skin or with reduced skin sensation. If you have circulatory issues, diabetes, or cold-sensitivity conditions, talk to your physician first. Stop if skin turns white or numb.

How cold does it get and how long should I stay in?
Start where it feels challenging but controlled — many people begin around 50–55°F for 2–3 minutes and build from there. Listen to your body and step out if you feel lightheaded.
How fast does it ship, and what does it cost?
Orders ship from the US with tracking on every order, typically arriving in 5–9 days. Shipping is free on orders over $99.
What's covered under the warranty?
Every RKVER tool carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails on us in normal use, we replace it — email hello@rkver.com and we'll sort it out.
What if it arrives damaged or defective?
We'll make it right. If a tool arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — or fails through normal use within its 2-year warranty — email returns@rkver.com with your order number and a photo and we'll refund or replace it, usually without asking you to ship anything back. Because tools are made to order, we don't take change-of-mind returns, so email hello@rkver.com before you buy if you're unsure.
