Terms.

These terms govern your purchase and use of products from rkver.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't order.

Orders. You agree to provide accurate shipping and payment details. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including suspected fraud or obvious pricing errors — refunding anything already charged.

Warranty. Every RKVER tool is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and failure to follow the product instructions are excluded. This express warranty is the only warranty RKVER provides.

Disclaimer of warranties. Except for the 2-year defect warranty above, products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKVER disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Assumption of risk. Recovery tools that use heat, cold, electricity, and compression carry inherent risks. You are responsible for reading and following every instruction and warning that ships with your product and on our Safety page, and you assume the risks of use. Read it at rkver.com/pages/safety.

Not medical devices. RKVER tools are wellness products, not medical devices, and nothing we publish is medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or have any heart, blood-pressure, circulatory, skin, neurological, or other relevant condition.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKVER's total liability for any claim arising from a product or from your use of this site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, and RKVER will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification. You agree to hold RKVER harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of a product or your violation of these terms.

Governing law & disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Broward County, Florida, on an individual (not class-action) basis, to the extent permitted by law.
