Q. How does RKVER work? A. We're a curation brand, not a manufacturer. We source and vet recovery tools from specialist makers and fulfill them through trusted logistics partners. It keeps premium gear at fair prices, and we back every order with a 2-year warranty plus full refunds or replacements on anything that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong.

Q. Where are products made? A. Sourced from specialist manufacturers we vet for build quality and safety. We prioritize units certified to relevant safety standards (such as FCC or OEKO-TEX) where they apply.

Q. How long until my order ships? A. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then shipped directly from our partner. Most US deliveries arrive within 5–9 business days.

Q. Do I need an app? A. No. Every tool is fully self-contained. No app. No subscription. No login.

Q. Is the sauna blanket safe to use daily? A. Yes. 45-minute sessions, up to 6× per week. Don't fall asleep in it.

Q. What if one item in my bundle arrives damaged? A. We'll refund or replace just that item — send a photo to returns@rkver.com with your order number and we'll sort it, usually without a return shipment.
